P&P is £5.50 for the UK mainland, £15 for Europe and £20 for USA. If you want your goods overnight we can arrange that at an extra cost to you. We reserve the right to take off the cost of p & p on returned goods even if you have free delivery.

Making A Purchase
Shopping with Vassoulla Michael could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, American Express,Switch, JCB and cheques or postal orders made payable to Vassoulla Michael. We will advise you of any delay and give you the right to cancel. We reserve the right to take off the cost of p & p on returned goods even if you have free delivery. If you wish to exchange goods please send a cheque for the relevant amount to cover the postage (unless it is a mistake on our part).

Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Shipping And Handling
Deliveries in the UK are as follows:

Postage & packing will be charged @ £5.50 per order.

Delivery to other European countries £15 (Approximately 20 Euros) and postage to the USA is charged at £20.00 (approximately $40)

Overnight deliveries to any country will incur an extra charge. This cost will be advised by telephone, We reserve the right to take off the cost of p & p on returned goods even if you have free delivery. If you wish to exchange goods please send a cheque for the relevant amount to cover the postage (unless it is a mistake on our part).

Delivery Schedule
If the item you order is in stock, we endeavour to ensure you receive it the next day. If an item is not in stock, please expect to receive your purchase in 5-10 working days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, and have a full refund on the items.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the computer of the credit card handling company. Our staff do not have access to your credit card details.

Guarantee
We try to guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with any of your goods, please send them back to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt, in an unused condition, with its immediate packaging & labels intact, we will replace the item(s). Or give you a refund (excluding the p&p). We reserve the right to recoup the cost of p&p on returned goods even if you have free delivery.
